I must admit I have a weakness for the NOFYB zines. So my opinion is somewhat biased. Looking at every zine in this series you notice they are made with love. Love for graffiti and zines. Another cool thing about these zines is the massive 'thank you' Dabs is giving his buyers. My zine contained 2 pages with handdone throw-up's with personal messages. I have to admit I don't know if that's a common thing he does. Not even speaking about the generous amount of stickers you get with this zine. 

30 full color pages going from doodles, stickers to grimey graffiti pics. Girls, pets, japanese weirdness it's all in there along with picture of dabs work in the street. 

I was late with my order and got an issue that was number in the 300's, so if you want to be sure contact the man!

2016 A new start!

2016 a new year, a fresh start! I have descided to reanimate this blog and get this zine-review thing started again. I like to guide people in the jungle of graffiti zines and bring independent reviews what to buy and what to ignore, because money can't be spend twice and you need the best zines for that money. Covering zines from all-over the world so watch this space.

I stumbled upon this on tumblr. $5,- wouldn't make me broke and some people who I think have something to say in this mad zine culture recommended this.  After some wait the zine landed on my doormat. 

48 pages Melbourne (Australia) throw-up's, tags and stickers all in beautiful grimey pictures. The quallity of this zine is very good. Loaded with tons of pictures. I wonder what Goon Pizza #1 was like, but if it was anything near this, I regret I didn't had the change to get it. This one is limited to 20 copies so be quick!

EIUA 3 is a picture heavy zine. And when I say heavy I mean heavy. There are so many pictures in this zine you tend to get lost. The main subject is trains (I guess), but that's not all. Throw-ups, raw action, tagging, stickers andlike mentioned before trains. If you want your graffiti zine tidy and clean this isn't the first thing you look for. But you ignore yourself a beautifull graffiti zine by your favorite asshole Newa.

As an added bonus you got the black & white photozine 'the fat kid on your bus everybodys a jerk too..' wich is a, well, a weird zine.

The zine is packed with tons of pictures of trains and freight wich most of us probably never seen before. This zine is overall good, but nothing outstanding. The paper-quality and thickness for the cover pages are same as the other pages wich cost a star in the rating.

From Seoul comes this new zine by local graffiti artist Dimz. Lot's of photo's from Throw-up's, stickers and tagging along with action shots and Seoul night life. I'm not sure if this still available and how much I payed.
